Randy is a seasoned commercial strategy and insights leader who helps food, beverage, and CPG companies turn market intelligence into commercial advantage. He specializes in translating consumer, shopper, category, and Revenue Growth Management insights into commercial strategies that strengthen retailer partnerships, optimize portfolio performance, and drive sustainable growth.
With more than 20 years of experience spanning commercial analytics, category leadership, and business strategy, Randy has held leadership roles with leading food and beverage companies, including Molson Coors Beverage Company, Brown-Forman, Campari Group, C. Mondavi & Family, and Atkins Nutritionals. He also advises leadership teams through his CPG-focused consulting practice, helping organizations embed insights into commercial decision-making.
He holds an MBA from the University of Denver and a BBA from Adrian College. Randy has been a guest lecturer and speaker at the University of Denver's School of Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism Management, Sonoma State University's Wine Business Institute, Boise State University's MBA program, and industry conferences and commercial insights events.
