I’ve led enterprise insights initiatives across category strategy, consumer and shopper research, and revenue growth management in multi-billion-dollar retail environments. I build and scale high-performing Analytics & Insights teams that move beyond reporting, translating complex data into decisive actions that consistently deliver share gains and meaningful revenue growth.

Randy is a seasoned commercial analytics and insights leader who helps organizations turn complex data into insights that drive enterprise growth. He specializes in helping companies move from reactive reporting to insights-led decision-making, translating consumer, shopper, category, and Revenue Growth Management insights into strategies that improve category performance, strengthen retailer partnerships, and drive sustainable growth.

With more than 20 years of experience spanning analytics, category strategy, and commercial leadership, Randy has worked with leading Food & Beverage companies including Molson Coors Beverage Company, Brown-Forman, Campari Group, C. Mondavi & Family, and Atkins Nutritionals, while also advising clients through his CPG-focused consulting practice.

He holds an MBA from University of Denver and a BBA from Adrian College. Randy has been a guest speaker at the University of Denver’s School of Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism Management, Sonoma State University’s Wine Business Institute, and Boise State University’s MBA program, as well as at industry conferences and insights-focused events.
