About Randy

Across my career, I’ve led enterprise insights initiatives spanning category strategy, consumer and shopper research, revenue management, and commercial strategy. I’ve led data driven decision-making across multi-billion-dollar retail environments and built teams responsible for insights-led recommendations that drive significant share and revenue gains. Alongside leading my own consulting firm, I’ve led award-winning Analytics & Insights teams for global Food & Beverage companies, including:

  • Molson Coors Beverage Company

  • Campari Group (USA)

  • Brown-Forman Corp.

  • C. Mondavi & Family

  • Atkins Nutritionals

I advise leadership teams by shifting the organization from reactive reporting to proactive, insights-led growth execution. My focus is helping organizations translate complex data into clear strategies that strengthen retailer partnerships, unlock growth opportunities, and improve portfolio performance.

A seasoned analytics & insights leader, Randy works with clients and companies to build, expand, and enhance their Analytics & Insights capabilities and tools, developing short-term and long-term Analytics & Insights roadmaps to ultimately help shape an organization’s Analytics & Insights DNA.

Randy has over 20+ years of analytics, insights and strategy experience with companies such as Molson Coors Beverage Company, C. Mondavi & Family, Brown-Forman, Campari Group, Atkins Nutritionals, OtterBox and his own CPG-focused consulting company, randybrowne consulting.

He holds an MBA from the University of Denver and a BBA from Adrian College in Michigan.  Randy has been a guest speaker at the HRTM school at The University of Denver, in their Advanced Beverage curriculum, as well as a guest speaker at Sonoma State University’s Wine Business Institute and Boise State University’s MBA program.
